Corporate Milestone

The company's track record in providing quality solutions to the information and communications technology (ICT) requirements of port users and stakeholders are highlighted by the following milestones:

1995implemented the 1st electronic gateway through which freight forwarders/cargo consolidators submit electronic Air Manifest Data to Bureau of Customs NAIA.
 
1998expanded electronic manifest submission gateway in NAIA to encompass submission of electronic consolidation manifest using Automated Customs Operations System (ACOS) format.
  
established interconnection with Asian Terminals Incorporated (port operator in South Harbor, Manila) and International Container Terminal Services, Incorporated (port operator in the Manila International Container Terminal) for submission of electronic seafreight cargo consolidation manifest to the Bureau of Customs Port of Manila
 
1999 accredited as Value Added Network (VAN) by the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Bureau of Customs for the electronic lodgment of import declarations by Super Green Lane (SGL) importers.
  
set up and operate the On - Line Release System (OLRS) facility through which Bureau of Customs OLRS messages are transmitted to off - dock CY/CFS operators (OLRS II System)
 
2002developed and launched the first Internet - based portal (www.e-Trade.net.ph) dedicated for members and stakeholders of the Philippine cargo transport and logistics community. This portal integrates CDEC's technology offerings for electronic manifest submission to Bureau of Customs by freight forwarders/ cargo consolidators and non - vessel operating common carriers (NVOCCs) and electronic lodgment of import declarations by accredited Super Green Lane (SGL) importers.
 
Oct 2007received provisional accreditation as Value Added Service Provider (VASP) of the Bureau of Customs (Phase 1 of e-Customs System)
 
Dec 2007endorsed by the Association of International Shipping Lines (AISL) as a preferred VASP for the submission of XML electronic manifest to e-Customs System.
  
2008 and 2009provisional accreditation for Phase 3 Manifest, CPRS and CUSDEC.
