In 2000, CDEC implemented an integrated logistics supply chain technology solution by IPACS Singapore called Logistics 2000 in a number of large cargo logistics companies.

During the 1st half of this decade, CDEC was involved as sub-contractor in the Php 500 million nationwide Management Information System computerization project of a government owned/controlled corporation in the ports industry.
