CDEC was established in 1995 as a pioneer in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), providing a gateway for air cargo consolidators to submit inbound air cargo manifest data to the Bureau of Customs (BoC).

Since then, CDEC has been a partner in the computerization initiatives of the Bureau of Customs (BoC) with CDEC being a potent Application Service Provider (ASP) servicing all the needs of the transport, logistics and trading communities.

A pioneer since its establishment, CDEC has remained at the forefront of technology by developing integrated end-to-end e-Commerce applications not only for the transport and logistics industries but also for the entire trading community. It remains steadfast in striving to put the Philippine trading community in the frontline of world-class trading system.
